    Nandi hills Hyderabad plot

    Hi Everyone,

    we are looking to purchase a plot in Nandi Hills Hyderabad - this land had been under some litigation with the govt for a while. But recently the Govt issued some GO 166 to regularise this land - does anyone have any information on this or if anyone owns any plots in here - can u please give us some information on this.

    We also looked at these plots last time we were in India. We did not buy anything though. Just curious what is the price per sq.yard in this subdivision.

    the price is anywhere between 15,000 to 20,000 per sqft - what price were u quoted last time when u were here.

    Its somewhere near the 8th Crator of the Moon. Price look cheap (15k to 20k per sqft). ;)

    they are quoting around 30K per SQ Yd. This place is technically in Jubillee Hills - will be a good place to build a homeif the land is regularised by the govt.

    I am assuming you are talking about Nandagiri hills. I thought the price here was 50-60K per square yard. Recently someone quoted 55K per square yard for a 300 sq yard plot. Please let me know the details after you complete the transaction. I definitely don't want to compete with you mwink:.

    Nandi hills prices

    THis place is close to Jubilee Hills but I am not sure if it technically falls under the same village & society. The regularisation is not yet over and is still uncertain process - regarding the procedure, fees etc. Current transactions are supposedly happening at around 15-17k per square yard, though sellers are quoting higher they are ultimately being forced to come down because of the market realities.

    I cannot find it in my email. I remember seeing this in suleka or propertydirect.in. It is basically a old house in 300 sq yard property. I will PM you if I find the info after I get to home in the evening.
    On a side note, I see you are living in Hyderabad. You should be able to find much better properties since you are local. After doing research for 1 month I realized that all the property ads I see online are junk. They either have some vasthu problems (I personally dont care about it, but it affects resale value so I have to) or it was a fake ad to sell some other junk property. An agent was able to show me much better properties but it was in higher range for me. I think you need to do a bit more researchmteeth: when you are investing 1-2 cr.

    Hi, I own 500 sq yds at Nandi Hills with the best views possible in the city. You have views of Golconda Fort, Qutub Shahi Tombs, a large lake I don't know the name of. The plot is a quite a height and other buildings are unlikely to obstruct the view. i bought it several years ago and am considering selling if the price is right. The situation as far as I understand it is that the GO 166 has been issued and plots up to 500 sq yds have been regularised. They are now looking at plots of 500 sq yds and above and I have been told several times that the letters are due to be issued any day. They also expect the prices to shoot upwards when the letters are released.If you are interested please reply to this message and we can arrange to see how best to proceed. I have friends and relatives in Hyd who will be able to show the plot to you or any of your representatives.

    price is largely guesswork these days. Suleka have an ad quoting rs 60,000 per sq yd. I feel this is unrealistic at this stage but may well become a reality once regularised. have also had news of a plot without any view whatsoevr going recently for around 30,000. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, therefore you need to see the land and judge for yourself what is is worth. If I like your offer, I will accept, if not we say goodbye on a friendly note.

    One note of caution: the land is not vastu compliant and if you are particular about Vastu then my land is not for you.
