Builders in Bangalore

I am planning to buy an investment property in Bangalore. I have shortlisted a few projects in Yelahnaka and near Hebbel. Questions I have are --

1) How severe is the water problem in Yelahanka ? Are there steps being taken to address it ?

2) Does anyone know about ATZ Properties (Builder) ? They seem to have decent properties at reasonable rate .

3) Any other decent (but not high end like Mantri etc.) builder ?
