I saw the dentist after I realised my teeth were getting sore - and this didnt help me at all. Luckily the waiting list was very short and I got seen within 1 week.

at the end of the day, its all about practise to improve english. If you're looking for a quick over night fix or too many shortcuts, it isn't going to work to help you:
1. read grammar books
2. watch english speaking TV programs

to motivate myself, heres some things I do 1. I write my goals down, with conviction and faith 2. I listen to self help audio programs from people I respect and who can psyche me up 3. I work myself into a positive frenzy which makes me feel good inside this works for me and it will work for you too!
