Admissions for applicants in Feb/Mar/Apr generally get confirmed just a few days before school starts if space if available ...
We applied to a couple of western suburb schools in Apr / May and got confirmed admission to 2nd grade in the 1st week of June.

Try Optus in Oshiwara opposite Mega Mall ... mid-end furniture ... has imported as well as custom made furniture at decent price ... ask for a discount ...
