You got them mostly right. When you say most TVs can handle NTSC/PAL, I think you mean TVs in India (in which case you are right). It is not the case with US bought TVs. The fact that the TV supports 100-220v 50/60Hz suggests that the TV *may* support PAL. That's why I said that [B]durgesh08 [/B]"MAY" not need a converter. It still makes sense to check the inputs.
