After completing online application and printing it I noticed that I had printed birth date American style.
Can I correct on the printed form by hand or must I get a new registration before submitting it to consulate?

I would apply again as long as system could not check for duplicates.

just thrash that incorrect appl and retype a new appln. i' did the same mistake 3 years back when my wife and i applied for OCI. else you will be thinking about this always until u'r oci is granted..meaning will this be the reason for the delay, will they overlook or reject the appln etc..
