Bengaluru Pros:
1) Salubrious weather
2) Calmer people, this is a personal opinion.
3) More IT companies in Bengaluru than Delhi, this may or may not matter depending on your career situation.
Bengaluru Cons:
1) Bengaluru metro is still not as well connected as Delhi. I always prefer to use public transport if I can and makes sense.
2) Road traffic is better managed in Delhi.
