depends on the AC size. you should be able to look at the specs for AC and estimate better. Also look at the actual units on the bill. Did he make a mistake in the reading this month? Was last month unreasonably low?

I am living in a 2 BR apartment. we have 2 ac's that run thru the night, so an average of 18 hrs a day (2 ac's run for 9 hrs each day). My electric bill came to 10000 rs. Is that normal?
