I have a Ltd company. This year it made a pat of 10,00,000/-
How much dividend tax will I have to pay?

You have to pay tax U/s. 115 O
Dividend tax has to paid on the dividend amount declared.
If dividend declared is 5 lakhs then 5*16.995/100 = 84975
