Planning for a career in India

Gentlemen,
I request only those who have R2I'd and working in India to respond, please.
My profile:
Bsc (C.S)
MCA (discontinued in 1 year due to family responsibilities and could not afford to continue)
Various developer certifications
Prince2 (UK recognised methodology)
worked in India - (< 1 year before transfer)
worked briefly in Canada, Germany ( < 1 year each all internal transfers)
in London - UK for past 8 + years (4 years in a senior role)
I did a job search on an Indian job portal recently and can see even junior positions require a Masters degree and other certifications. I intend to work for a couple of years after R2I. If I want to get into a PM role in India, do I need to have a Masters/Management Degree? Would my profile stand a chance or employers would not even consider due to lack of Masters?
If it is vital to get a good job then I would have to revise my R2I plans and look at completing my Masters, so your advise is much appreciated.
