Hi,

I am currently planning on R2I in the next few months. I have a BTech + MBA (top schools in india), 7 years exp, 5 years in US, working for a large bank in US in Consulting/Prod Mgt/Program Mgt. Currently at around 95K base + benefits.

What kind of salary range would be looking at in R2I. Would prefer captives of large finanical services companies in india.

Depends on city/role. What kind of role are you looking at. Barclay's at Pune is the latest captive. Let me know if you would be interested.

I would be interested in any program mangement / product management / large application management / Strategy role (in large banks/financial companies) preferably managing "the business side of technology".

Open to most cities in India if other things work out. A title close to AVP/VP would be desirable.
