An Automatic Corrugated Box Machine works by feeding flat sheets of paper through corrugating rolls, applying glue to join layers, and using precision cutting and creasing to shape the cardboard into the final box. The corrugated flutes create strength, while an automatic control system adjusts speed and parameters for efficient production. After cutting and folding, a counter-ejector and bottom stacking system prepare the boxes for use.

Steps in the Automatic Corrugated Box Machine Process:

1. Corrugation:
Flat paper is passed through specialized corrugating rolls that create the wavy, fluted structure, which provides strength and rigidity to the cardboard.

2. Linerboard Application:
This corrugated medium is then bonded with layers of linerboard using an adhesive applied by the machine's glue application system.

3. Cutting and Creasing:
Precision cutting knives and dies cut the combined layers into the correct size and create the score lines (creases) for folding.

4. Folding and Gluing/Stitching:
The cut and creased cardboard is folded into the desired box shape, then glued or stitched together to form the final product.

5. Assembly and Stacking:
The completed boxes are moved along a conveyor belt to a counter-ejector that separates and counts them, then stacked by a bottom stacking system.

6. Quality Control:
Sensors and the automatic control system continuously monitor the process, ensuring consistent quality and reducing errors or human intervention.
