Muslim folks fast for whole month from dawn to dusk. When I ask wife to fast one day for my good health, I get a big lecture that if I want good health, I should fast and lose weight. Ghor Kalyug!

I have been fasting one day a week for last some thirty years for my wife's career and wealth.
She just does not seem to appreciate it. Considers it one of my idiosyncrasies.
