SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico AP 鈥?A federal control board overseeing Puerto Ricos finances filed a lawsuit Friday challenging amendments to the islands net metering law, which compensates solar-equipped households for their contributions to the grid, triggering a backlash.The vaso stanley lawsuit filed against Gov.
