- 10+ years working experience in equity technology team
- good understanding of single name cash, future, option, pt, swap, and other equity structure products for sales, trading, and STP.
- good knowledge of equity workflow, compliance/legal/audit requirements.
- knowing India markets and better have good relationship with exchanges
- good people management skill. better with India local management skills.
- good communication skills. knows how to manage an offshore development team with multi global/regional deliverables
- knowing India local competitors landscape.
- want to stay at Mumbai for long term
