What is better vacation option ? Shimla ? Dalhousie ? Nainital ?

I went for Shimla which was originally dropped in my plan.

I was short of travel days due to extended shopping in Delhi.

Went to Amritsar, Wagah border, Shimla, Chandigarh. Took toy train ride in Shimla.
Took another tour to Vrindavan, Mathura, Agra and Jaipur.
