Hi,

This may be a very dumb question but is there any good resource of information for Indian and U.S. taxes applicable to U.S. Citizens who have income in India?
(A book or resource like ".... For Dummies" would be ideal for me, a person just starting to want to understand tax implications of various options of where the income is earned and the country of residence)

Or is there a master thread perhaps for beginners?

has anyone read the publications in the offshore press www.offshorepress.com. I am planning to buy a couple of them, but if some one has looked at them can they tell me if it is worth it?
