FRRO registration in Pune

Following is the procedure I followed for PIO Registration in Pune.
MY case is my Son is USA citizen a minor(3.5 y/o) and Me and my wife are indian citizens.
STep 1:
Get Certificate of Residence from your area's Police Station.
Documents required for Certificate of Residence:
Filled form of Certificate of Residence. (Get this from http://www.punepolice.gov.in/FRO%20Branch%20Forms.htm)
1 Passport Photo
Copy of Passport of kid
Copy of PIO of kid
Copy of Parents passport
Electricity Bill
2 Envelops
Parents should Go to Police station with Kid

Step 2: Form C (Registration of Foreigner)
Filled form C. Get it from (http://www.punepolice.gov.in/FRO%20Branch%20Forms.htm)
Copy of PIO of kid
Copy of Passport of kid
Copy of Electricity Bill
Copy of Certificate of Residence
Parent/landlord should go for this. No need of kid. (office time 10am to 1 pm)

Step 3 : PIO Registration:
1. Filled PIO Registration form. Get it from (http://www.punepolice.gov.in/FRO%20Branch%20Forms.htm)
2. Copy of PIO of kid
3. Copy of Passport of kid
4. Copy of Electricity Bill
5. Copy of Parents passport
6. Original Form C
7. ORiginal Certificate of Residence (Keep this Sealed)
Keep all original passports and PIO with you.
Parents and Kid should go between 3 and 5 pm to get registered.
The procedure is to get Documents verified, then fill online form as well,
get documents scanned, then you will get a date when you will have to collect the registration
document.
