Can you post the responsibilites you have had in recent past? - Try to include the team size you have managed, Budget of the program/produt development that you have managed, Any experience in managing relationships with Business Stakeholders?
I have seen App development resumes that have very limited exposure to managing Business Stakeholders.

As an app manager the primary responsibility lies in managing a portfolio of applications, executing projects within budget and maintaining a steady state of the applications. Dealing with Stakeholders from a project or a processes perspective is a key relationship.
Executed several large scale projects(> 1million) with help of a few PMs reporting to me. Been in this role for almost 5 years now.

Based the info you have given, which is not giving all details, here are your broad choices in Indian context:
Senior Product Manager - If you switch to a product development company wherein your primary focus is product development, which could very well be application development supporting the core product.
Senior Project Manager - If you switch to a project based job where your job would be handle a customer (CRM part), assemble tasks using large teams and keep an eye on the process implementation.
Engineering Manager - If you join a company wherein the focus is more on product or services, but need a manager to handle core engineering division. There is a lot of overlap with Product management here, but different title based on certain industries. Again, a very technical role, but you don't have to be very hands on techie in real life cases beyond interview stage.
Program Manager - More like #2, but for a group of such projects. You might fit ideally here, but most Indian companies would require you to have managed 100+ team sizes if you are coming from outside. $1 million project is good, but I have seen needs of up to $30 million for a portfolio of projects in sum.
Service Delivery Manager - This is with service industry in focus. You will be doing similar jobas #4, but your focus is on delivery, milestone payment collection, CRM and in majority of cases 'herding' technical staff, if you know what I mean! There is a lot of overlap with #4 based on the company.
Depending upon the city of your interest, you are looking at Rs.18Lto Rs.35L CTC for such roles. You can also trade money to 'Director' title in place of Manager if you do well in the interview. I have seen guys with 10 years exp already in #5 title, while I have also seen guys with 18 years exp in #1 role. Product companies, particularly those in R&D pay better.
