The candidate should be a seasoned Team lead with extensive background in Java/J2EE with the following requirements:
Experience of at least 9 years plus working within a software delivery function
At least 2 years experience in leading a team
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Key responsibilities:
? Manage FX Program development team in Mumbai, India
? Manage day to day technical and people management issues.
? Organize and follow the testing and the user validation of the applications
? Support the release of applications into the production environment
? Identify problems in the process and implement corrective actions.
? Ability to manage a matrix organization.
? Ability and willingness to code on a regular basis.
