Help with built -in microwave and convection oven

Friends,
We recently relocated from U.S. to Pune.Ambitiously we shipped brand new built in microwave and oven manufactured by whirlpool corporation for Ikea U.S.A under the brand name Nutid. Unfortunately ,The microwave did not even turn on despite converter. Oven was as per Indian voltage. Oven did start and worked for a day and then went blank and cold. I am very optimistic and believe it could be fixed. Don't know the right person though!!! Anyone knowing reliable contacts who has dealt with such appliances and is familiar with 220/110 volts would be big help at this time!!Please let me know your inputs before I start using it as a storage device and scrap those 2 nice pieces.
